Blackhawk Partners with Bitski to Launch NFT Gift Cards

Blackhawk Network is a global payments provider that collaborates closely with Bitski, the leader in blockchain wallets and NFT. This partnership will launch an NFT gift card with real-world and virtual utilities.

Blackhawk, Bitski, and AMC Theathers Partners to Promote Kryptoz NFTs via Gift Card

Blackhawk Network’s collaboration with Bitski and AMC Theathers is the world’s first NFT promotion with the purchase of a gift card. Through the partnership, the first 100 people to purchase an AMC Theatres(r) gift card of $50 or more will receive one of the 100 limited-edition NFTs. Jon Shelley, a.k.a. Kryptoz, who has been a senior 3D artist for more than a decade. He was a part of films such as Marvel’s Black Panther and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. Shelley was also involved in the game cinematics of League of Legends, Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr. Shelley is also well-known for his iconic avatars, and has sold numerous collections to his fans.

Basically, gift card recipients can access the Kryptoz NFT by registering and redeeming the promotion via Bitski. After that, they are free to collect or resell the NFT, cash in on the hidden rewards, or use the NFT in the metaverse.

According to an-Lukas Wolf, Sr. Director, Commerce Strategy at Blackhawk Network:

Our collaboration with Bitski allows us to enable incredible NFT collaborations with brands, including AMC Theatres(r) and Giftcards.com.”

Michael Gubman, VP of Bitski, said that they aim to allow mainstream brands to bypass the crypto complexity of early marketplaces.
