In an effort to raise funds to support war efforts, the government of Ukraine has launched a website that allows users to donate NFT and crypto money. The UkrainianCryptoFund collection will list the donated NFTs for bidding on OpenSea. So far, there are 295 NFTs in the collection.
With the platform being endorsed by Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine we have seen the community contribute sought-after NFTs like CryptoPunks or mfers to the website. Out of the mfers donated, one of them, mfer#3938, has an asking price of 5 ETH on OpenSea right now.

Ukraine launches a website for NFT and crypto donations
According to the website, all NFT proceeds will go to the non-profit Aid For Ukraine. The funds will be used to help humanitarian aid programs in Ukraine. If you’re not holding any NFT, you can choose to donate crypto on the website too.
” All funds will be used to support the Ukrainian victory. Ready, steady, NFT,” said Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine in a tweet two days ago.
The platform supports 7 additional NFT collections besides the ones that have been donated. These include Metahistory and Ukrainian Spirit, Doge In Ukraine, and many more.
As previously mentioned, the website also sells Ukraine’s NFT collection Metahistory. However, the NFT sales didn’t go smoothly like other popular NFT collections. Why not have a look at these NFT collections? You might be able to help a worthy cause. As the war continues, we’ve seen people all over the globe come together to support Ukraine via NFT sales and cryptocurrency donations. Last month, 38 NFT artists came together to raise funds for Ukraine. Other than that, Ikonia and The Sandbox helped raise money for the country, by launching the Wave for Ukraine NFT collection.
